Thankyou. I have heard Lecithin is very good for the Liver. I have heard we can also get it in powder form. But it should be made from Non gentically modified Soyabeans. ( non GMO)
The powder can be added to shakes etc.
Raw egg yolks are also supposed to be very good source of lecithin, I heard. I will sure give lecithin a shot. I hate my bloating. So far, nothing has worked on me. But I will continue to flush. Hope I find my answers.
I was also suggested about Activated Charcoal by someone on this forum. I have not been able to buy it so far. Do u have any idea abt it's safety?
