I think your body (liver) is screaming for sugars.
I think you will be pleasantly surprised at what happens if you indulge.
Part of the problem is that people get so indoctrinated while chronically against certain foods/ideas etc, that when they start to get better, their brains take a while to catch up.
I recommend a lot of sweet fruits, dates, ripe sweet oranges/orange juice, raw honey, anything sweet, and start experimenting with more carbs as well. The liver is a storage house for sugar. It looks like you had a hypoglycemic episode.
