I've never had a baby, so I can't relate any personal experience, but I agree w/Eric -- I'd get them out now, before you have another baby. Otherwise, you're setting your child up for an increased risk for other disorders, autism being one of them.
Additionally, you really need to address your yeast problem before you get pregnant as well -- no reason you can't address it at the same time you're chelating out your metals. I'm using "The Mccombs Plan", but I just started a couple of weeks ago so it's too soon to say how well it's working, but overall, it's just a very healthy plan that should help you detox prior to getting pregnant again. If you have a candida problem you will pass that along to your baby and having an improper balance of flora in the digestive tract leads to increased risk of infections since 80% of our immune system is located in our gut.
Just think -- if you decide to have the baby before you address the fillings/candida and anything goes wrong, you'll always regret not addressing those issues. If you take care of them now, you'll know for sure you did everything you could to give your baby the absolute best chance at a healthy life.
