..how to grow a fiber

..a pic from about nine months ago..

https://www.curezone.org/upload/_M_Forums/Morgellons/FHW/Urine/uribridging_26nov10.jpg

particles in urine..with "bridges" just
beginning to form between the particles.

Once the particles wire themselves together,
growth of the "fiber" continues rapidly..
leaving the particles that originated the fiber
appearing to be "bumps" or "scales" on the fiber.

...while this is a common method of creating fibers..
it is not the only one..

often, fibers simply grow out of the particles..much
like seeds sprouting grasses.
[large blob at top of pic appears to be a "sprouting particle"]

.........

this method of growing fibers by "particle bridging"
only seems to produce the [usually clear/translucent]
"ribbon fibers"..which are generally flat in cross section.

The cylindrical "sugar snake" type of fiber does not
appear to be using this growth mechanism. [bridging]

It is of interest that the "bridges" travel DIRECTLY
from particle to particle. The fibers are not traveling
in a random direction...they "know" where the next particle is.

*the term "wrights" on the info block on the pic refers
to "Wright's stain"...used to get a little contrast.
