Re: I am suffering
Hold ur head up, The first time I realized I had this same thing was in a community college class, the prof, well Teach cause I don't think he had enough education to be considered a prof, and well... he was an a hole. took an hour out of his lecture to ask who shit there pants and walk around the room asking where the smell was coming from. and he wouldn't stop. So needless to say I feel all your pain, But the thing with what ever this is, is don't let it take away who you are. I know that after a while you start to feel like the condition and not a person with this condition. Ive gone to countless doctors that have told me this is in my head or that people are just messing with me. Ive had the experience with the dentist or the dick head on an airplane that repeatedly sprays womens perfume on me when im not looking.(ya that happended).
I have found that working out and eating a high protein diet with yogurt, rice and veggies helps fight the problem of feeling unclean and with the
Depression that comes along with this, I have had most success when my work out routine is focused with light to moderate strength training along with lots of cardio, mostly running. and lots of water. Stay away from caffeine, smoking alcohol, soda, sugar, diet anything(foods eg. diet pepsi) and over washing. As far as daily life I find that If you continue to do the things that you enjoy and that define you as a person you will be better off. Also don;t let yourself be a hermit, Its healthy to get outside and enjoy the day, I have also found that lack of sleep and anxiety make this problem worse, which is a double edged sword because this thing would make anyone paranoid, and loose sleep. So, Probiotics, Healthy lifestyle, and don't let yourself be a victim, Own everything that you do and every place that you go. Take back your life. I haven't figured out what this is yet but I am not going to let it destroy me or define me.
