Nobody can UNDERSTAND scripture (nobody at all) if all they seek is "wisdom".

Virtually NOBODY "understands" scripture. The reason is that VIRTUALLY all believers in the world have chosen to do and think/believe ONLY what their pastor/minister/books tells them to. Believers have decided to be "FOLLOWERS" (like 'follow the leader', the game "Simon Says"). They don't think or even read scripture for themselves, they simply CONFORM to society/pastors, etc. guidelines/rules.

Regardless of which books actually do make up "scripture", scripture was designed/engineered by GOD (all scripture is inspired by God). SO,.....

......God chose PROVERBS to be part of scripture so we would (or COULD) learn about the folly/foolishness of "WISDOM" (Proverbs doesn't "say Get WISDOM", it says "Get UNDERSTANDING").

If you, just like so many other believers around the world, actually UNDERSTOOD scripture, you would not be the "follower" type of person, nor would you be pursuing "wisdom" (wisdom is collected for the sake of PRIDE)....like an auto mechanic understands how and why an engine works, we should also UNDERSTAND what God wants us to know (His WILL/desire).

When somebody speaks/writes....and you just HAPPEN to LEARN/discover/realize information that you weren't aware of before.....whether you find that information useful or not,....

......then you have LEARNED WITHOUT BEING TAUGHT....

....unless their intention was to condescendingly TEACH someone that they feel is intellectually handicapped.

Of course, if you have solicited them to be your teacher of an academic subject, condescension is not an issue.

I DO NOT and WILL NOT "teach" (spiritual teaching or not).

Every human being is SOVEREIGN (initially accountable to themselves/conscience, and ULTIMATELY accountable to GOD), but most believers don't realize that because they've decided to be nothing more than "FOLLOWERS" (follow the leader).

I will not take command of anyone's soul nor will I be responsible for their failures/iniquity, or their wickedness, nor will I take credit for their holiness.

If you have learned something WITHOUT BEING TAUGHT, CONGRATULATIONS!, but "I" had nothing to do with it.....

....(God ENABLED ME to share "understanding", but all the glory goes to HIM).

This is a discussion/debate forum. It will always be possible that you will FEEL that you were TAUGHT, but if the information doesn't make sense TO YOU and your CONSCIENCE, then simply disregard it (do not "follow" or "conform")....YOU decide what you will LEARN.

..You sure do like to DECIDE and EVALUATE 'judge against' people you disagree with (setting your heart against your fellow man) and you are concerned with "looks like" (physical eyes seeing) and are suspicious/fearful of things that "seem" to be what you don't like.

Don't be a "follower" of anything spiritual, be a "MEMBER OF" the Way (John 14:6).
