Re: Feeling cold after sitz bath

Plzchuckle,

thanks for your input.

In the meantime I have read in a book by "Louis Kuhne" that it's essential to feel warm after finishing the sitz bath. He writes that when applied regularly, one will automatically feel warm after completion. But if one does not automatically feel warm, teas, sun bathing, exercise or showering of the legs is suggested.

I guess I will chose one or more of the suggested methods to warm up again.

Thanks again!
