Can someone pls help identify + point me in right direction

G'day everyone!
I did a humaworm cleanse about 2 months ago now and below is a result of what I managed to find. I know that they are worms and flukes, but not sure exactly what species they are. Can anyone help me out here?
All this is in order to start a new parasite cleanse with pharma's as im pretty sure the humaworm just took the tip off the iceberg and pissed them off. I've got a feeling flukes may be the biggest problem, as when I did a Liver Flush I threw up a few hours after the oil, but then got quite a number of flukes and eggs compared to stones.
Anyway, can anyone point me in the right direction for which protocol meds to use and where I can get a hold of them in Australia? Being a country fella, ive grown up around it all dogs, cats, sheep, cattle, kangaroos, rabbits you name it. (Found out I had toxoplasmosis from trapping feral cats and retrieving them with a welding glove as a young troublemaker!)

Ok thats enough of my waffle, any help would be greatly appreciated!
