Fungal infection in lungs?

For the past 9 months, I've had respiratory problems. The formal diagnosis is asthma, but it's a weird asthma -- dry, no wheezing, no mucus. It's like there's an irritation in the tissues surrounding the lungs.

A very good medical intuitive told me she thinks it is a fungal infection in (or around) my lungs.

I understand that if I raise the pH of those tissues, a fungal infection cannot survive.

What is the best and quickest and surest way to raise the pH of those tissues?

Thanks
