so you are saying that when you used Coconut Oil for flush, you did not get any stones out? I did my 5th flush with Coconut Oil and got quite a few of them out. But then I had also taken a dose of OO. ( I do the alternative method, where I take 2 doses of Oil/juice mixture)

I was planning to do my #6 with only coconut Oil. But now I am wondering, if it will yeild any results. I really need a good flush and do not want to spoil it.

I am confused, if I should use Coconut Oil, or go back to Olive Oil, which I have recently started to hate! Tweet
