Leaky gut is an intestinal inflammation and psyllium works like a brush onto the intestinal walls. You get the picture ! It will irritate the inflammation so for the time being you want to treat the leaky gut. Here is how:

With psyllium or linseed you will bloat. It is expected. When psyllium brushes onto the walls it drags along the candida thread which in turn agglutinate to other threads below and candida being rhizoid has the capacity to unite to another yeast thread and make a bigger unity. So until you get to have all of these go all the way down your intestines you will bloat now and then. Sauerkrout (once the leaky gut issue has been taken care of) will help with bloating.
