diet/earthing 2 in 1 ...Re: earthing/grounding - ok on lawn?

As far as "whole grains" - that term is just 'crazy convoluted'. We now think of 'whole' as a grain that's not been stripped of all it's goodness (and maybe even bleached). As in 'whole grain flour' (or pasta/other made from ground & dried grains that haven't been totally stripped & raped).

But Dr. Christopher taught us that dead/dried grains ground into flour, mixed with 'somethings' and turned into bread, pasta, cereal, etc., are NOT grains in their 'wholesome form'. He defined 'wholesome' as "capable of bearing life"...and told us that's the ONLY type of grains we should eat (especially when in the healing mode).

He suggested the grains be soaked overnite (always!) and then slow/low cooked. His favorite way to cook grains was to put about a cup of dried/organic whole grains in a normal sized Thermos, fill it within an inch or two of the top with boiling water, and then let it sit overnight...for a wonderfully nutritious breakfast grain (or a grain to eat later in the day) with a bit of natural sweetener, dried fruit, or mixed with steamed veggies and other goodies.

One would think the boiling water would "kill" the grain, but there are many reports of the grains actually sprouting after being "Thermos'd" like that (if they're left out of the fridge).

Many times the reason we're sensitive to products made from 'whole grain flour' is because of the enzyme inhibitors that are present unless the grains are soaked or sprouted. So put that into your equation when running your reactions past your 'doctor within' :)

Another issue is "drinking our solids" (and chewing our juices! Check this out, too: //www.curezone.org/forums/fm.asp?i=1460306#i

Grains (especially not soaked or sprouted, in their wholesome form and properly slow/low cooked) are difficult to digest when the GI tract is compromised. Dairy is also difficult, but the worst offender is meat (because not only does it take 6-ish hours to break down and assimilate, but also because it's totally without fiber...which means "goo" that plasters itself onto the intestinal walls and compromised the GI tract further).

The optimal diet for adrenal issues is TONS of *easily* assimilated, nutrient-rich plant foods and Superfoods. When our adrenals are in 'flight or fight', our body is in the "run for your life from the sabre-toothed tiger" mode...and it's NOT interested in the process of digestion & assimilation or killing of pathogens. Assimilation is always extremely compromised with adrenal issues.

Diet suggestions-

--Superfood - definitely 6T daily
--Bee Pollen - 2T daily at the very minimum (it's the highest protein by weight of any substance we can ingest...much more protein than meat).
--Low in: grains (if grains in their true wholesome form are bothering you); dairy & meat (dairy kefir is something to 'test & see'). These things require a lot of time & energy resources to process, and assimilation is low for even the cleanest and best functioning GI tract. Be sure all grains are soaked/sprouted before eating. If purchasing 'grain products', go for the Ezekial sprouted grains product line.
--as much nutrient dense live foods (particularly organic greens) as possible
--Hippocrates soup/broth (and similar soups/broths) would be a great addition

>>>I have an overgrowth of Klebsiella in my body (causes symptoms similar to Candida) <<<

I agree about the symptoms, but I would add: while the symptoms may be similar, the actions of an overgrowth of Klebsiella (bacteria) and an overgrowth of Candida (yeast/fungus) are different. With Candida, the sugars causes a *strong* fermentation process (converting the sugars to gas & alcohol).

Oops, new post/s from you: //www.curezone.org/forums/fm.asp?i=1842010#i
saying you have candida issues as well.

Yes, with Candida you will feel like you've ingested alcohol after eating sugars and some grains because yeast + Sugar = alcohol & gas. And when you start killing off the overgrowth, you may experience the symptoms of alcohol withdrawal. There have been at least a few people with severe Candida overgrowths that have been pulled over and tested 'over the legal limit' for alcohol after eating high Sugar foods. Needless to say, anyone with Candida issues NEEDS to be firmly supporting their liver!

However, when we're eating/juicing it's virtually impossible to avoid natural sugars. But it is possible to lessen the reactions by giving the Candida (and/or bacteria) a strong dose of "anti" right before eating. And wouldn't you know it, the very things that Dr. Christopher & Dr. Schulze suggest ingesting 3x daily are also the very thing that weakens & kills Candida (and Klebsiella). Garlic, Cayenne powder, and raw/organic Apple Cider Vinegar (raw garlic wipes out Klebsiella, and all are extremely effective for Candida). Basically, when they're busy dying they have a tough time doing what they do normally. So you'll likely get a 'goodly measure' of relief from the reactions when ingesting a blend of 1T ACV, 1-3 raw garlic cloves (minced), and whatever dose-size of quality cayenne powder you've worked up to (starting at 1/8 of a teaspoon working up to a full teaspoon) before every meal. Just add enough water to 'get 'er down' comfortably, wait about 5-10 minutes, and eat as usual.

That's all I have time for now. Let me know if you're wanting additional herbal recommendations and what you're planning for colon, liver & kidney cleansing.

'Sounds like you're doing a lot of good research, getting your head around it all, and getting ready to experience the wonderful healing benefits of truly natural healing. Good for you!

Healthiest of blessings,

Unyquity
