The images are not consistent with roundowrm or Tapeworm but appears to me to be mucoid plaque. This does not mean you do not have worms. There well may be another underlying infection which the gut can have many including protozoa, rogue bacteria, yeast/fungus and viral.

My thoughts are to spend the $ on a Metametrix GI Effects test (panel #2105) and see if they pick up anything. What other symptoms are you having? Tweet
