I'm just full of questions today now that I've decided to go with your candida plan.
One is: I just made my first "McCombs Plan" dinner (I think)...I had organic ground beef sauteed in virgin coconut oil with onions and Bragg's Aminos. It was very tasty, but I'm concerned that perhaps frying or sauteing isn't allowed on your plan? I haven't been able to find any posts on it, but this stuff just tasted too good to be allowed, haha.
If this method of cooking is allowed, I'd like to try a stir-fry tomorrow with organic Chinese 5-spice, Bragg's Aminos, chicken, onions and broccoli. Yes?
Also -- I've been taking digestive enzymes and HCL to help with digestion. I still get bits of undigested food in my stool, but it's a little better now than it was before I added them. Should I continue taking them on your plan and if so, how will I know when I can stop?
Finally -- can I really have as much fruit as I want (other than oranges, of course)?
