Re: do i need an enema after a liver flush

An enema is a good insurance policy that any toxins flushed out of the liver will wind up getting flushed down the toilet. If the Epsom Salts are correctly dosed and the colon is very clean, then what leaves the liver will generally exit the body before having a chance to be reabsorbed. Flushing out the colon with an enema just helps to ensure that all of this happens.

Doing a coffee enema on the morning after doing the Liver Flush will help you to feel terrific. The coffee enemas are very powerful for cleansing the liver in a different manner than the flush, so this is an excellent one to use. They also are very low volume, so ideal for the beginner.
