Expelling candida "roots"?

Hi Dr. Jeff,

I don't have a picture to post, but I'm curious if you could give me some idea of what I'm expelling after my coffee enemas lately...twice this week I've expelled things that look like turnip roots. What lifted, they're very soft and filmy, but lying in the water, it appears they have a few "rooty" filaments at the bottom. They grayish-white, but the grayish aspect could be coming from the coffee in the enema.

After expelling them tonight, I became very bloated (I've been sticking to only lean meats and veggies lately, so diet seems an unlikely cause). Could I be getting out some of the deeply-embedded roots that have poked holes in my intestines?
