Re: do i need an enema after a liver flush

I was hesitant to do enemas (hesitant to do any of the liver/bowel cleansing procedures) yet it has been my favorite step to cleansing. Why? It's easy (once you get the hang of it) doesn't take a lot of time, I don't have to eat anything for results and I feel really lite and clean afterward. Plus I have gotten stones out with it. I do a water enema and then two coffee enemas all in a row. I highly recommend it. Start with a water enema and then down the road when you feel more comfortable try other types.
