Typically the unknown parasite is protozoa in nature. It would not be uncommon to have 2 parasites. Treating for protozoa is a little different than worms, I have a forum set up just for this at pptu.lefora.com I would continue to treat the worm situation and if she does not get better then consider treating the protozoa.
