Re: Liver flush with herbs(Nigella Sativa)

Can this Oil be replaced for OO (Olive-Oil) in the Liver-Flush procedure. I am trying to experiment with other Oils and so far have tried COCONUT OIL. Was very productive. I am also getting sick of OO.

I am an Indian and Nigella seeds are one of the spices used in Indian cooking. I have these seeds in my kitchen cabinet and I use it occasionally in cooking certain foods. But I have never heard of it's Oil. I am sure it will b hard to find in stores. Tweet
