Re: Questions About Earthing Pads

Yes, replenishing the negative electrons that should be in our body via Earthing is just as safe as replenishing it with water when we're dehydrated and dying of thirst. It doesn't matter what poison/metal is built up in our bodies...we NEED the earth's frequencies.

The patches OR the bands are 'stand alones', they don't go/work together. You either stick a patch on a specific area and connect the grounding cord or you could can put a band around an area and connect a grounding cord to the band. Of course, you could use a patch connected to a cord AND a band connected to a cord (or a coupler)...but they're not meant to "go together".

With a coupler, you could use a band on each ankle (or a patch on two places on your body), but with all those cords I wouldn't think you'd be doing anything but sitting in a chair or laying in bed.

Btw, regarding the shield I have for my monitor...I like it and think it's effective. But I've never EVER seen a piece of glass that's so hard to clean (without streaking). I use Miracle II for all my windows/mirrors, but I keep a bottle of Windex around (because we used to use it for our jewelry/rocks sometimes). I tried every combination of paper towels, clean cloths and newspaper, with MII, vinegar, or Windex...and the ONLY way I can get this thing streak-free is with Windex and newspaper. Your mileage may vary, of course :)

Healthiest of blessings!
