World Dream

I had a really strange dream the other evening, just can't forgot this, so have to ask for some help, this dream troubled me slightly.

I am in a room, fairly dark, but there is one window. In the room is one of these "blow up rubber world globes", I see that there is a man within the globe, I realise that he is dieing, and I appear to be in the room wondering how much time is left. I was talking to him. I notice that this man has now slipped into unconsciousness, I realise that the world will end(or something will end soon). I see myself looking in a mirror and wondering why I am doing this when there is so little time left. I hate what I see in the mirror, a rather freakish person.

Rather a strange dream, if anyone can help.
