Re: Masuka honey

Does anyone know if this type of honey will help heal the esophagus from gerd issues. If not, what will help heal it and soothe it? Thanks ab

Instead of honey I recommend making a tea by boiling 2 parts of slippery elm and one part of licorice root, 1 teaspoon of the mix per cup and a half of water, for 15 minutes covered.  Then turn off the heat and allow to cool.  Sip on the tea throughout the day.  The slippery elm forms a protective and soothing mucilage while the licorice root reduces the inflammation while it heals.
