Re: Question about Tissue Mineral Analysis

I am not a big fan of these analysis; as there are many pitfalls. The best would be to consult an expert on the matter; to interpret the test.

However; if calcium is high (quite common these days), magnesium is needed as it is an antagonist to calcium.
It is vital to take the right form; citrate or malate are the ones I have had success with.

Boron is needed to balance the magnesium-calcium level and for activating vit D; I would take as much as 9-18 mg or a pinch of sodium borate in a liter of water, daily.

Sodium is easy; simply increase the use of real salt, do saltloading etc.
Potassium; as a supplement or increase fruits and veggies.

Copper and molybden I am more unsure of; copper work with zinc, molybden with iron. Iron and zinc are antagonists; we have had several threads on copper; you may do a search within the forum.

Whats good with the real salts is that it contains all these trace minerals like molybden, lithium etc.
