Pain relieved.and reduced swelling w mustard and sunflower oil

I will swish most any oil but canola or vegatable oil for mouth, teeth and gum health but I had a filling fall out and my oregano oil is 4 hours away. My sunflower and Ginger oil were not strong enough and then I read that a teaspoon of mustard a day will relieve arthritis. I was desperate and swished some regular mustard from the frig. It has reduced the swelling and taken awaymost of the pain. What a cheap alternative to a root canal and a stopgap measure until I can get a non-amalgam crown or filling.
