its the mirena causing the discoloration! as it can cause lots of skin problems! it is made of silicone and the same silicone that was outlawed in breast implants in the us. you probably have a whole ton of problems from it you never thought to relate to a birth control that is marketed as safe. for some however, it is toxic.
