joint pain/muscle weakness

today was my worst day so far, have been in a lot of joint and muscle pain all over my body but its accompanied with tingling in my hands, should i try and get this diagnosed or hope this symptom goes away too? i feel like im 50. im 27 this month. but my hands are weak today and i noticed i was slightly sadder than the prior three days, but remain optimistic. does anyone else get tingling sensations? or have joint pain and muscle weakness. When I picked up my almost one year old daughter this morning i noticed in my arms it was almost like a numb feeling in my upper part of the arm something i havent experience before and then she felt super heavy even though shes a peanut.
