This can also be a symptom of mercury intoxication. Just to be on the safe side, steer absolutely clear of cilantro and read up on the topic. Plenty of info in some of my recent posts, should you care to look.

Muscle twitching/tremors can be electrolyte imbalance-related, as you've mentioned, but it's also a classic symptom in the literature on mercury poisoning and I myself frequently experience muscle twitching (particularly my upper left eyelid, but also various other muscles in the body). Testing has confirmed I have mercury intoxication, and I'm in the early stages of adrenal fatigue because of chelating the mercury.

Mercury can be a root cause of adrenal and thyroid issues (it disrupts endocrine function).
