You need to be having at least 2-3 bms daily (but that's not easy to do when eating only one meal daily and juicing the rest). That's why I always take IF#2 when juice-fasting or primarily juicing (to add the fiber to help me have regular bms, and to soak up the toxins my body is releasing).
So I suggest taking at least enough IF#1 to have 2 bms daily. You'll likely start feeling pretty 'toxic' if you don't.
In order to get adequate nutrition on "one meal" plus juicing, you need to be having at least 3 quarts of juice daily. And of course, we all need Superfood (something I don't remember you mentioning that you're taking daily).
When the adrenals are stressed, our assimilation is VERY low, so you need to get in as much easily assimilated nutrition as possible (especially when cleansing). So I suggest everyone in 'cleansing mode' have at least 4T of Superfood daily (I take 6T when I'm juice fasting). (If you're getting it from us, the Superfood Original is for vegan eaters; the Special Blend is for those still eating meat/dairy. 14oz = 2T daily).
