Hi everyone I have started a 80 day weghtloss challange which will include lots of fastings with days of topping up on electrolytes and nuitrition, will not be doing a 80 day fast but aim to have 60 out of the 80 water fasting, non consecutivly. Hopfully more! Would be very happy losing 80 pounds in tht time, I know losing a pound a day is possible when I was 12 stone 5 years ago I still managed to lose 2 pounds a day for a whole week whilst eating one meal a day with 2 hours cardio..im bigger...at 16.13 so without any real meals, and lots of fasting and exercise I will manage a pound a day in total..we shall see

Day 1 morning weight was 16st.13
today spent a hour on the bike and consumed 800 kcal fingers crossed that should mean a pound lost atleast!
