yeah i have used magnesium chloride oil. it burns my skin and i didnt like how it felt either. stuff is expensive. it was mild and didnt help me much. i took magnesium glycinate in pills for a long time. its supposed to be the best absorbed by most people, but some people cannot tolerate the glycine part of it. it didnt work for me. neither did epsom salt, oxide, or citrate. if i take above 200mg of any of those its a trip to the bathroom for awhile.
i guess the salt is a better source of it for me. ill keep it up and see how it goes.
