Food sensativities didn't cause your problems. Your lifestyle, diet, Antibiotics etc destroyed your digestive power leading to food intolerances . Focus on improving HCL, Bile, and Enzyme production. Cleanse all your organs, relax and do some yoga and you'll be fine.
Also eat a macrobiotic type diet with mainly grains and lightly sauteed veggies, and some meats. I highly suggest you research Chinese and Ayurvedic medicines. Stay positive and don't ever feel like a victim.
