I am about to make the jump to complete vegan diet. I am going on vegetarian for a few months then to complete vegan. I have found some great resources for vegan bodybuilders which I am going to be doing which brings me to my question.
I am currently taking Dr. Shultz Superfood. If I take Dessicate liver also would I be risking an overdose on B vitamins? There both extremely high!
Superfood plus tablets (15 tablets)
Dessicate Liver Beverly Ultra 40's
B12 (1 tablet) - 1,250%
I would like to take around 10 of the dessicate liver per day for my lifting regimine. And of course the Superfood. Would it be bad if I took the suprefood in the morning and Liver in evening? Do I have to worry about getting to many B vitamins?
