I should probably get another phone line. Since the European Union's ban on all herbs on May 1st (including all of our products) we have been flooded with hundreds if not thousands of extra phone calls and emails from our customers who are desperate for their Humaworm.
I apologize for your frustration and I will try to see if I can come up with a better system for the phone problems we have. We have only one incoming line and each caller gets all the time they need for ordering or for questions. The voice mail system picks up the incoming calls when the line is in use.
Just because we have "always done it this way" does not mean that it is working for us now.
