Re: What is causing heart pounding at night?

My heart was pounding at night and driving me crazy. It was worse when I ate closer to bed time. I started taking 7 keto Dhea and it helped my digestion. I read somewhere that when you lye down it cuts of some of the blood to your liver. If you liver is struggling it starts effecting other oragans like the heart. The more I recovered from AF the less my heart did weird things. Also your electrolyte balance has a lot to do with your rythms especially if you have AF. When my salt and potassium level is balanced my heart arrythmias go away.
