What's up, man.. I know you want to be free from the burden of Acne but healing the liver is a slow process.. I really didn't start seeing great results until about my 3rd or 4th flush. I think Ive completed about 19 flushes and I must say it was the best decision ever to continue. I'm glad to hear you're following up with enemas, however I don't think coffee enemas are necessary and I feel like they might just stress your liver out more than it needs to be.. My understanding is coffee enemas are usually for people trying to heal from diseases such as cancer.. Take it easy, a good salt and water enema does the trick.. I learned to follow up with enemas after a flush the hard way.. As long as stones are in your intestines, you will breakout! I always follow up with enemas, colosan and prune juice lol. I'm not taking anymore risks... But yea I used to have bad acne, now I'm 25 and my skin looks like it did when I was 10 lol.. Good luck Tweet
