Well, did my first one this morning. Woke up at 6:00 for this but it took me some time to prepare and drink 2 liters straight. Quite difficult, must admit. Then had to do some exercises, described on the page, to get things going.
I did up the dosage of salt like you suggested. Didn't experience swelling of the legs, etc. Then ate cantaloupe at about 12:00 to keep pH up.
The rash/bumps are still there but I felt kinda refreshed. So, I'm gonna continue doing it for several days, and look for other changes.
BTW my rash is quite funny though, it's "travelling" around my body, changing places and shapes... really weird and doesn't look like typical hives. It even changes the level of itchiness. Hope to overcome it soon!
EDIT - forgot to mention that I've started to have pains on the left side of my torso, just above the end of the pelvic bones. Thought it was my pancreas but the pain is much lower than that. It is sharp but short. Looked at a human chart and it's a colon area... I'm confused, never had it before...
