Back to your question; yes I have had a couple of cases with improved endocrine results after Iodine (much higer dosages than yours).

If to take iodine; take enough of it,do the full protocol, take the right form of magnesium and other companions;
and I believe you will have better results.
When the body temp is up to 37+ you will not need the test to tell if you are OK; you simply know this.
