I'm trying to re-populate the good bacteria in my stomach so I'm taking a probiotic along with Kefir everyday. My question is will any of the following powders I'm taking ruin or slow down that progress? I'm currently taking Yucca Root, Black-Walnut Hulls, Licorice Root, Schisandra Berry, Vervain, Glycine and Acerola powder. I know some of these actually help with flora but I just want to make sure. Or if there are any other herbal powders that you know that will definitely harm good flora as I tend to use other ones based on your posts.
