I know your frustration and have been there my self. I'm 58 - soon to be 59 - and I started having low blood Sugar symptoms when I was 29. Unfortunately for me.....I used a low blood Sugar diet to eliminate the symptoms and would use zantac if/when I had acid reflux. As I got older I used more and more zantac....and when I got to 54 my system crashed. Total melt down at work after ingesting a lot of saturated fats.......dizziness (like a 3 day drunk), cold chills, white as a sheet, terrible brain fog, chest congestion, intense fatigue.


It's taken me 4 more years to realize finally what my problems are - acid/alkaline unbalance, leaky gut, food intolerances , severe congestion in the liver and gall bladder, and I'm fairly certain - candidias.

I have been only a food allergy Elimination Diet for a while now. My allergist has determined that I am sensitive to a number of foods (mostly foods from the mold family) that he theorizes are triggered by airborne allergens (mold, grass smut, grain smut, dust). But those sensitivities are all caused by toxic overload and poor digestions - I'm convinced. If you want to find a formula for good health....read "Allergies - The Hidden Disease" by Carolee Bateson-Koch. I've found it to be the most imformative book on how to achieve total health thru..... diet, enzymes, omega fats and probiotics plus moderate excercise and some stress avoidance.

Since I first crashed....I have improved my system by 80%+. The vast majority of that improvement have come in the last 6 months. I've completed 9 Liver Flushes (plus parasite cleanse and Oxypowder colon cleanse) since January, I take a hypoallergenic multi-vitamin, a good broad spectrum probiotic, quality digestive enzymes, and Flax Seed oil....and nothing else. I eat mostly fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, lean meats (mostly chicken and fish) and good nuts. No gluten,no sugars, no processed foods, no fried foods, olive oil for salad dressing, no dairy except a little butter, plenty of fiber and bottled water.

If I were you, I'd buy Ms Koch's book and read it from cover to cover.....then follow her advice and throw in several liver and gall bladder flushes (I have eliminated over 2000 stones from my system in 9 flushes.....of which over 50 of the stones were 1/2" plus and one was 1" in diameter). I would also eliminate all the different supplements that you are taking until you have some clinical proof that you are deficient in those elements.

If your problems are being caused by candidias, parasites, acid imbalance, a toxic liver or gall bladder, or other related abnormalities....I'm confident that you can get a great deal....if not all of your health back by just following her advice. It's working for me.

I once read a book that quoted a physician who said "there is only one disease in the entire world....and it's malnutrition"!
