I know that you'll get more energy over time - the longer you stay stable the better it gets. That assumes you're doing all the right stuff eating well, low intensity exercise, etc..
At this point in recovery it's often recommended to have a low dose of adrenal support stuff...say licorice or whatever. But low dose as you're still recovering.
I'd love to hear if someone knows about sleepy after meals. Someone I know personally mentioned that to me yesterday and I was going to ask everyone for input. (They are roughly where Byron is although not sure they officially have AF.)
