I've seen Dr Mariano before. I don't think he can cure the cause of adrenal fatigue, he can only treat the problem. I know some guys on the Recover forum swear by him, but I say no, save your money. He's very knowledgeable and he can diagnose the problem but I don't think he can cure it.

Dr Mariano told me that their is no cure for schizophrenia, he hasn't seen one person get better. Tweet
