Is it methylcobalamin? Cyanocobalamin is the most common form of B12, and is not as well utilized. Taking the B12 as sublingual(dissolves under tongue) is much more effective than just swallowing it. You could try taking more than 800 mcg a day. I take 2,000 mcg of methlcobalamin as a sublingual supplement, plus I also get some B12 from my B50 supplement.
