I am perplexed. I am getting lots of muscle twitching this evening and had it the last couple of nights. I am taking about 550 to 600mg of mag per day, sometimes together with calcium, other times powder form. I did take a shot of coconut milk today for some potassium and have been cutting back a bit of salt because I had too much the last few days.
This is getting to my head a bit because in order to avoid this headache behind my eyes and my forehead and the muscle pain and twitching, I am now confused as to whether I need more mag or more sodium. My twitches say one thing and the headache I usually get with dehydration another.
