almost end of day one and know im gonna make it, 5,4" 159.5 gotta lose 45 pounds. I dont have a time frame gonna take it one day at a time, dont want to stress out and give up. But i plan to drink tea or water with lemon. If i get desperate i might chew gum or have a diet coke. But mainly fast on tea and water what ever it takes to get this weight off. also gonna do elliptical 30min daily.
