Vitamin O is sodium chloride, NaCl, or common table salt .
It is not sodium chlorite.
This from R-Garden, (the ones that produced the study you posted), the non-peer reviewed study. I should add that R-garden produce and market this salt water, as "vitamin O", and have not published this study so that the results can be tested and peer reviewed.
Q. – What are the ingredients in “Vitamin O”?
A. – “Vitamin O” contains intact oxygen molecules in a liquid solution of distilled water, sodium chloride and trace minerals.
