I have gout

It's official, I went to the doctor and have gout.

The pain is unbearably excruciating and I can no longer walk. I've tried my hardest to include more alkalizing food, but with my adrenal fatigue I can't tolerate carbohydrates.

The problem is I think my zero carb diet is the cause. I can't eat carbs because my blood Sugar swings violently, but if I don't eat carbs and I eat high fat I get gouty problems.

I've been trying baking soda as I read that can cure it but it hasn't worked at all.

I mistakenly ate some tahini which made it markedly worse and so did eggs.

I'm going to try some romaine lettuce tonight to see what happens, since lettuce is supposed to be alkalizing.

It seems I'm at the end of the road here. I can't eat food anymore, no matter what it is. It's either severe hypoglycemia or severe gout.

The pain in my feet is so severe I was screaming and crying hysterically when my roommates came home. They thought I was dying and had no idea what to do.

I want a new body.
