As answered already, yes it will kill ALL bacteria, viruses, yeast.

Take probiotics at separate times preferably with dairy or vegetables, fruits, juices or water.

CS will not kill parasites!!!!

For parasites you will need Zapper or Blood cleaner. electronic devices that send burst/pulses of micro to miliamps of electricity into your body. parasites cannot withstand the frequency at which zapper operates.
Before using one please educate your self on detoxing.
