Greetings Alyssa,
I've combined your two latest posts here (originally http://curezone.com/forums/fm.asp?i=1821368 & http://curezone.com/forums/fm.asp?i=1821378 - pasted below with my response.
Before I begin, I want to make sure we're clear on a few things (I'm not upset/mad, or anything like that), I just want to make sure I'm coming through 'clearly', because your health is very important (and I don't want there to be any misunderstandings or miscommunications).
--I really (really!) do understand how difficult it is for people to understand that 'healing is an action verb' and the more serious the disease, the more action is necessary to achieve a healing...and I really do think you're doing very good at getting your head & heart around it all (and the time you're spending learning and researching is obvious). Good for you!
It's my job (like any good teacher and/or coach) to make sure that people 'push harder' and 'reach further' than they believe they can in order to achieve the healing they want (and deserve). What may seem like a huge sacrifice (or one that is 'too big' to imagine or ever actually do) in this day & age is much, much different from what is actually true. For example, there have been bazillions of young women throughout history that have had 1-2 children and were responsible for a full household by the time they were in their late teens...many working 'far more than a full time job' in homes without running water and/or electricity. Most of us (young OR old) never even stop to think of the level of activity/labor a woman with children in the 1800's on a farm managed to squeeze into a day (and how they did it 24/7/365 for their entire lives). Of course, we don't "have" to do all that and hardly anybody around us does, so we don't believe we can...but we CAN do anything we want or need to do. And doing the full IP (especially without full responsibility for a home and earning a living) is much easier than what the majority of people of the world have done 'just living daily'.
I'm not saying this to 'beat you up' or criticize you, I'm saying it because I want you to know & believe that you can do anything you want or need to do to heal yourself. You CAN make it happen in whatever way is best for you.
--What you are suggesting below (starting slow & working up) shouldn't be a problem, as long as you realize that it's very likely that there is no substitute for eventually doing the full IP. The thing that's most important to understand is that (just like a car) you need all systems working 100% (or as close as you can get) in order to not only maintain daily life and not see a worsening of your symptoms, but you need even more than that to UNdo symptoms and compromise that is already created. So if you do a colon cleanse here, a liver cleanse there, do some hot/cold therapy, work on a little of this and a little of that, and take the healing herbs along with it...there is a very good possibility it will not be 'enough' (because none of the systems will be "100%" and working together "100%" so they can utilize the healing herbs & healing protocols. What typically happens then? People give up and feel like they've been cheated & ripped-off. And I do not want you to ever feel that way (and I certainly don't want to sell you herbs that end up 'not working' because you weren't doing the full IP, and have you/your parents feel like I'm some type of scammer!). So I'm telling you up-front (something you may have seen on the forum before), starting slow and working up may indeed give you a very good head-start and make doing the full IP more effective, but it's not likely going to be a substitute for doing the full IP. We have the protocols of the healers that beat all these 'incurable diseases', but we have to do them like they suggested to get the results they got. I can't change that fact; I can just do my best to make sure you understand it, and help you in any way I can. Onwards...
Uny, after I thought the IP would be the best choice, my mom and I have decided on other things instead. I am not going to jump into this intense program rit away and instead am going to work up slowly. I understand. Yesterday I talked to multiple people at whole foods and a natural warehouse. We got a few books about eating well for a better lifestyle and such, could you help me with creating a protocol for cmt? These books and these people that you're taking advice from, do they meet this criteria? ~!~ Schulze GEM! How to choose a protocol/teacher/book MUST READ If not, then you need to reconsider what you've been told by unqualified people/authors. I am willing to help you create a protocol for CMT based on the works/protocols and fundamental tenets of Dr. Gerson, Dr. Schulze & Dr. Christopher...or anyone else you can prove to me consistently & safely cured a vast array of "incurable diseases". :::grin::: I'm not willing to help you create a protocol based on what employees at Whole Foods/etc have told you, nor based on any author that doesn't have extensive clinical practice curing the incurables. I would like to go n the hallelujah diet. The Hallelujah diet is excellent! You'll eventually want to be having at least 2 quarts of juice a day (and then progress to juice fasting)....but this is a very good start. And I am eating more fruits and vegetables and making green smoothies. I have decided to cut out dairy and weat and got reverse osmosis water.FANTASTIC! I am going to the pool more often to swim laps too. I am taking my b vitamins and fish oil twice a day and an immune system vitamin because I heard that my condition could be an autoimmune disorder. "B Vitamins"? Unless they're 100% whole food "vitamins" (very pricey and difficult to find), using isolated or synthetic substances is not something that's natural to your body. You want get everything you need from "whole" foods & herbs, not isolated parts of whole foods & herbs (or synthetics). The best source of B Vitamins is brewers yeast (very bitter) or nutritional yeast (that's in the Superfood). What kind of "immune system vitamin"? Please give me the brand names and specific name of both of these so I can check them out for you.
I am still willing to get any important herbs formulas off of your herbal apothecary that you may recommend. Any other suggestions? I am sorr t change my mind like this, I hope that doesn't make you angry, but this just ended up being better be because I can work it not my daily schedule. If there is anything else that can help me heal please let me know what you think:) I'm not mad at all (I'm not anything even similar to that! :) I know you're in a learning stage and you're going to do a LOT of 'changing your mind', that's just normal. And even if it weren't, what you decide to do with your own body is YOUR responsibility, not mine. I'm just here to help in the best way I can.

Or the Foundational Program seems doable! But I am a little confused about the different parts and the daily schedule. What do you think? Well, as far as doing the 'Foundational Program', I just want to make sure we're talking about the same thing (Dr. Schulze has called many of his programs many different things over the years). Is this what you're referring to? http://curezone.com/schulze/handbook/foundation.asp If that's correct, you won't have much difficulty figuring out a schedule...for one month you do the IF#1/IF#2 every day (5 doses of IF#2 every day, taken approximately 2 3/4 - 3 hours apart, with as many IF#1 capsules as you need to have 2-3 bms daily). Then you alternate weeks on the liver & kidneys (5 day cleanse for the kidneys, 2 days off; 5 day cleanse on the liver, followed by liver flush on day 6, 1 day off - start with whichever one you'd like). You would use the Blood DeTox tincture during liver weeks and the Echinacea during Kidney weeks). Take Superfood everyday (mix in juice/water or make a smoothie). Here's the details for "kidney week" (kidney week is SO easy you won't believe it :) http://curezone.com/upload/_N_Forums/Natural_Heali/Kidney_Cleanse.doc (a Word file you can download). And here's the details for 'liver week' (from the FAQ's): (scroll down to this Dr. Schulze’s 5-Day Liver Flush & Detoxification Program: for the the 5-day Liver protocol). We have all these things in the Apothecary.
There are a few things I think you should consider adding/taking daily to the Foundational Program - those are:
-- plenty of raw sunflower seeds (or sunflower seed sprouts) and 1-3 tablespoons of wheat germ oil. This is for lecithin to help repair the myelin sheath around your nerves :) Mountain Rose herbs has a good quality wheat germ oil.
-- Cayenne powder (to improve circulation throughout your body) we have a fantastic blend in our Apothecary that is very inexpensive. You must use 'Cayenne' that is 100,000 - 150,000 HU (Heat Units) or hotter (you can't use typical store-bought 'cayenne'). Ours is a blend of African Bird Pepper & Habanero (btw, this is something we ALL should be taking 3x daily every day, whether we're in 'healing mode' or not).
--Deep Tissue Repair Oil is something you could add that would be very beneficial. You can read about how it works here (scroll down past the BF&C info): http://curezone.com/forums/fm.asp?i=1402078#i
--And without a doubt, you should definitely get this book ordered asap (and be SURE to check out the book excerpt). Earthing, Grounding, Barefooting...waWaWOWZAH (must read methinks)
