Well I am on day 7 and I am so suprised to have come this far. The best advise I can give you is take it day by day, my goals are/were get through day 1, then 10 then 21 then maybe 40 but pat yourself on the back when you make it!! I keep a journal and I write every night, Usually it starts out with the places and things I really wanted to eat that day. But then I give myself encouragement, the journal helps it is a good place for personal support! This whole thing is about you and your committment to yourself, stay strong when you are hungry, have a lemonade or water or if you can, go walk it really helps! Good luck!
