The U.S. is an investment just like China's "Ghost Cities".

In this video of 2008, CNN was used for propaganda to the Chinese people and the world. The city being spoken of was supposedly evacuated in order to "protect the people from harm", but in the 2nd video (2010), we're shown that economic renewal depends on INVESTMENT.
